The Registrar dept. takes care of the Student Welfare Cell, Library and all Course related authorisations and applications.
Hire, supervise and evaluate the Records and Registration staff.
Organize and Administer the records, registration and graduation functions, including transcript evaluations, Regulatory bodies’ certification process in order to provide maximum service to students while ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
Participate and serve as part of the Academic and Administrative Team. Lead initiatives as determined by the Director.
Supervise the coordination, evaluation and certification of all Graduation applications.
Responsible for collecting, recording, maintaining and reporting of student records within AICTE guidelines, e.g., grades, registration data, transcripts, and various verification and associated audits.
Resolve student disputes regarding records, registration and Administration.
Collaborate with Administrators, HODs, faculties, IT-Department and counselors to facilitate and improve services to students, including cataloging and registration and records policy questions.
Participate in professional development activities and serve on College Committees that support the goals and objectives of the College.
Provide back-up for records and registration services, including registering students, issuing transcripts, answering phones, scanning, reporting grades and working special events.
Exam Department responsibilities, conducting fair examinations as per the guidelines of the respective Universities.
Overall supervision of the Library Department.
