With a strong belief that it is the attitude that sums up the secret of the individuals success we look forward to organizing various value added sessions including GDs, mock recruitment processes, seminars and personality development activities- the requisites to be effective communicators and good presenters. An individual's personality is an aggregate conglomeration of decisions he made throughout his life.

There are inherent natural, genetic, and environmental factors that contribute to the development of personality; however, in the pursuit of a more defined persona, our college aims at further enhancement of the image they intend to project to others. These classes will assist in identifying one's conscious traits and contrasting them with what one intends to exhibit. According to process of socialization, "personality also colors our values, beliefs, and expectations…Hereditary factors that contribute to personality development do so as a result of interactions with the particular social environment in which people live."
